Atlanta - DocUQuarium

About this event

This DocUQuarium is like a "book club." Watch the film on your own time and come excited to chat with the filmmaker in an open-forum format with one of our DocUQ leaders steering the conversation. Folks who didn't get a chance to watch the film are still encouraged to attend, enjoy and learn. November's documentary is "Majority Rules" with producer, Alana Schwartz, joining us for discussions, insight and tips on the filmmaking process. "With America's democratic experiment mired in division and dysfunction, the state of Alaska votes to revolutionize their election system. The surprising results spark new alliances, a growing call for election reform, and fierce pushback from political parties. Could changing how Americans vote also change politics for the better?" Link to watch the film is here . PW: majorityrulez Location Detail : we'll be in Room 104 in the Boyles Leadership Center building.
